Who won? I think Palin was competing not with Biden but with her perception as an embarrassing incompetent. So she possibly may have accomplished that goal, at least temporarily. However when you compare her performance against Biden, she came across as a tutored student struggling to regurgitate talking points for an exam. She has not yet internalized the material as has Biden, who it appears has lived the issues that he talks about.
